Domestic EPC
A Domestic Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) shows how energy-efficient a residential property is, with a rating of A (most efficient) to G (least efficient). It also includes recommendations to help improve efficiency, reduce energy bills and lower carbon emissions.
Once completed, your EPC is registered on the national database and remains valid for 10 years.
